New Customer Registration Promotion
  1. This promotion is open only to non-customers of Pagatech Limited ("Paga") who register and open an account with Paga via a self-registration channel provided by Paga (Online or SMS).
  2. A phone number will only be eligible for the promotion, if registered with Paga by the person recognized as the owner of such phone number by the relevant network or the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
  3. Email addresses must be valid to receive any bonus. Additionally, the email address must belong to you.
  4. The registration bonus can only be used for money transfer transactions.
  5. No single Paga account is allowed to receive more than 10 money transfers from the bonus accounts.
  6. Paga reserves the right to do the following:
    1. end the promotion without prior notification;
    2. take back any bonus given to an invalid account or which violates these terms and conditions; and
    3. investigate, penalize and withhold bonuses if a customer or non-customer’s activity is deemed illegal, abusive or exploitative.
Money Transfer Promotion
  1. This promotion is open to anyone who sends money via Pagatech Limited ("Paga") either by themselves or through a Paga Agent.
  2. Only registered customers of Paga can access bonus funds. Accordingly, anyone who sends money through a Paga Agent must register and open an account with Paga to utilize the bonus funds.
  3. Bonus funds can only be used for money transfer transactions.
  4. Paga reserves the right to do the following:
    1. end the promotion without prior notification;
    2. take back any bonus given to an invalid account or which violates these terms and conditions; and
    3. investigate, penalize and withhold bonuses if a customer or non-customer’s activity is deemed illegal, abusive or exploitative.
Refer a Friend Promotion
  1. This promotion is open to customers of Pagatech Limited ("Paga") who refer a friend to register and open an account with Paga.
  2. The referred friend must specify the customer who made the referral during the registration process.
  3. Phone numbers registered by referred friends must belong to them to be eligible for the promotion.
  4. Email addresses used by the referred friend must be valid to receive any bonus. Additionally the email address must belong to the referred friend.
  5. Bonus funds can only be used for money transfer transactions.
  6. Paga reserves the right to do the following:
    1. end the promotion without prior notification;
    2. take back any bonus given to an invalid account or which violates these terms and conditions; and
    3. investigate, penalize and withhold bonuses if a customer or non-customer’s activity is deemed illegal, abusive or exploitative.
December 2012 Raffle Promotion
  1. This promotion is open to customers of Pagatech Limited ("Paga").
  2. Paga staff & agents and their family members are excluded from participating in this promotion.
  3. Promotion runs between December 10 and 31, 2012. Raffle draw will take place week of January 7th, 2013.
  4. A phone number will only be eligible for the promotion, if registered with Paga by the person recognized as the owner of such phone number by the relevant network or the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC)
  5. Email addresses must be valid to receive any bonus. Additionally, the email address must belong to you.
  6. Each money transfer transaction entitles the customer to one entry into the raffle. Each customer is limited to a maximum of ten entries.
  7. Prizes are non-transferrable.
  8. Prize winners must be able to prove ownership of the winning phone number or Paga account in order to collect prizes.
  9. Prize winners must agree to have their photograph taken with a Pagatech employee and for pictures to be used in promotional material including, but not limited to Pagatech’s website, Facebook page, Newspapers etc.
  10. Pagatech Limited reserves the right to do the following:
