Jim O'Neill (Angel Investor)

Jim O'Neill is the former Chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Chief Economist. EFinA

Paga received a US$2 million grant from Enhancing Financial Innovation & Access (EFInA) to develop and deliver low cost financial products through Paga’s nationwide agent network. EFInA is an independent, not−for−profit financial sector development organization. Established in late 2007, EFInA’s vision is to be the leader in facilitating the emergence of an all−inclusive and growth−promoting financial system, by promoting pro−poor financial sector development and financial inclusion in Nigeria.
